An exquisite example of the simple disc-form pendant, this lovely piece is carved from a veined section of South Westland's beautiful karengo jade: a rich green jade that shows patches of purple in the light. A central vein of light celadon-toned jade runs through the middle of the piece, drawing the eye and adding markedly to its immediate visual appeal.
 
Measuring in at 47mm round and with a thickness at its thickest point of 14mm, the quality of this piece is evident in the fact that it's still beautifully translucent all the way to the pendant's heart.
