Carved from a beautiful pebble of jade found in the Hokitika River, this pendant has followed the natural structures of the raw stone to reveal its full qualities while still retaining a very naturalistic form. It's a pleasing blend of lighter and darker grey-green hues, with vivid structural faulting that it striking to behold and yet doesn't compromise the strength of the stone at all.
 
Measuring in at 72mm long and 45mm wide at its widest point, this is a solid piece for someone of moderste to heavy build, with the kind of thickness and weight to make it ruggedly durable enough for everyday wear, yet characteristics that make it equally visually suited to fancy or formal wear.
