Commonly found in association with nephrite jade, the serpentines are a great class of minerals that can feature some incredibly beautiful examples. This piece is an antigorite serpentine sitting on the edge of being a bowenite, with clear patches and rich patterning that highlights its partial transluceny.
 
Measuring in at 54mm long and 38mm wide, this pendant is carved to the simple form of the pebble as it was found, removing excess material and polishing it to produce an attractive and lightweight pendant. Its bright colours and patterns make it a great piece for everyday wear.
